Description
With the rapid development of road construction, the demand for asphalt is increasing accordingly. Barreled bitumen is widely used because of its advantages including convenient to storage and enduring long-distance transportation. Most of the imported high quality bitumen used for high construction is stored in barrels, our bitumen melter is special designed which can be able to melt bitumen fast, empty the barrel completely and prevent asphalt from aging.
CYLT bitumen melter machine which is a perfect combination of combustion chamber, bitumen in barrel is heated by heat transfer oil and exhaust flue, and become melting, drop down from barrel and finally becomes liquid bitumen. The advantages including higher heat efficiency, less land covering, easy and simple installation, convenient mobilization and low transportation costs.
Drummed bitumen melter (with self heating) components
Bitumen melter(drum packing or bag packing) is mainly composed of melting tank, electric gate, asphalt (drum or bag) loading trolley, trolley drive system, thermal oil heating system, exhaust heating system, asphalt pump and pipeline system, electrical control system, etc.
Bitumen melter operation process
The trolley will be with uniformly distributed barrel holes, which facilitates accurate position of each barrel when loading the barrel(it could be taken apart when loading bag asphalt). The trolley and the transmission system are responsible for pushing the heavy drums in and pulling the empty drums out after melting.
With self double heating systems, easy to be transferred, heating speed fast.

Features
1. This bitumen melter is the trolley structure, the drums will be pushed into the melter by trolley. The bitumen melter is of nice shape, compact and neat design, high production efficiency, stable and reliable performance and it is able to operate under all kinds of working conditions.
2. Fast barrel removal. The heat radiation area of the coiled heat transfer oil pipelines in the equipment is very large, it takes very short time to melt bitumen and improves production efficiency to a large degree. The whole heating chamber is enclosed by thickened premium rock wool heat insulation panels, so the heat preservation is excellent.
3. Completely bitumen removal from barrel. Temperature in heating chamber is quite high, and each barrel can be heated by heating coils closed to it, thus bitumen get melt and drop down very quickly and completely from barrels, and there is no bitumen adhere to barrel and there is almost no waste.
4. Automatic impurity removal. This bitumen melter has a function of automatic impurity removal. Filtration devices are installed in bitumen pipelines, and impurities in the barreled bitumen can be removed by such filtration devices.
