    Feiteng’s YDL Series Diesel Burner Double-Heating Bitumen Tank is meticulously designed to meet modern energy-saving and environmental standards. By integrating a diesel combustion system with a thermal oil heat transfer system into a compact unit, this tank simplifies installation, reduces operating costs, and maximizes heating efficiency.

    The tank features high-quality Italian Riello or Baltur diesel burners, ensuring complete combustion, high thermal efficiency, and minimal emissions. Automatic temperature control maintains precise heating of both bitumen and thermal oil without the need for manual intervention.

    Its unique dual heating mechanism—direct heating from the diesel burner and indirect heating via a thermal oil coil system—ensures rapid and uniform heating while also utilizing exhaust gases to maximize thermal efficiency. Compared to traditional systems, this innovative setup helps prevent bitumen aging and significantly reduces energy consumption.

    Designed with durability and mobility in mind, the tank is constructed with thick rock wool insulation and a robust steel structure. Its fully insulated body ensures minimal heat loss even during extended operation.

    Tangki aspal seri YDL memiliki struktur silinder horizontal dengan dasar yang terintegrasi.

    Di dalam tangki, ruang bakar yang dikelilingi oleh jaket minyak termal secara bersamaan memanaskan minyak termal dan aspal.

    Pembakar diesel menyala di dalam ruang bakar.

    Panas ditransfer ke thermal oil di sekitarnya, yang bersirkulasi melalui kumparan internal untuk memanaskan aspal secara tidak langsung.
