A: We use the SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) method. The tank body is disassembled into pre-rolled steel plates and packed into standard containers. This saves significant ocean freight compared to breakbulk shipping.
Q2: Is the tank bolted or welded?
A: It is Fully Welded. Unlike bolted silos which may leak over time due to thermal expansion, our welded structure ensures a permanent, leak-proof seal for hot bitumen.

A: After the foundation is ready, the on-site production and assembly typically take 25-30 days under normal weather conditions
Q4: Do you provide the foundation design?
