Working Principle & Structure
The tank adopts a vertical cylindrical structure with a flat bottom and conical roof.

Heating Logic: Hot thermal oil flows through the internal seamless steel coils. The coils are arranged in a serpentine matrix. Các 4-zone design allows operators to control valves independently, heating only the bottom maintenance zone or the discharge zone as needed.

Foundation Requirement: The tank is installed on a user-built concrete ring beam foundation (Dia 10.2m). The center is arched (12cm height) and covered with asphalt sand to accommodate bottom plate deformation and distribute load evenly.

Q1: How do you transport a tank with a 9.7m diameter?
