Purchased Equipment:

• YDL Series Bitumen Storage Tank (Double Heating)

• DLT Series Bitumen Melting Equipment

Customer Requirements:

Due to the high-altitude location of the project and extremely low temperatures, conventional bitumen storage tanks could not ensure proper flow during transport and use. The customer required a complete system capable of quickly re-liquefying bitumen and maintaining its temperature, with automated control, energy efficiency, and easy installation.

Our Solution:

We provided a customized solution combining the DLT Series Bitumen Melting Equipment with the YZSL Series Double-Heating Bitumen Storage Tank:

• Các DLT Series Melting Equipment is equipped with an integrated thermal oil furnace and uses diesel for heating, which eliminates reliance on external heat sources—ideal for remote areas.

• The melting chamber accommodates 8 bitumen drums simultaneously and is equipped with a hydraulic lifting and drum tipping system, significantly reducing labor intensity.

• Các YDL Series Storage Tank features a double-layer heating structure for enhanced insulation, enabling fast heating and precise temperature control.

• Key pipelines and interfaces are pre-installed at the factory to simplify on-site installation—only bolts and gaskets need to be connected.

Customer Feedback:

The customer reported that the system operates efficiently and reliably even in cold mountain climates. The automatic drum tipping and fast melting capabilities saved considerable labor and time. Additionally, the environmentally friendly design met local construction equipment standards.
