    En YZGL-L5 Vertical Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) Tank is a high-performance, compact production unit designed to withstand the extreme thermal and mechanical demands of asphalt modification. Built with a robust 5mm thick Q235 carbon steel body, this machine optimizes the physical and chemical expansion processes required for high-grade highway binders.

    At the job site, the system seamlessly handles the swelling, shearing, and development of polymers such as SBS, SBR, and PE. The base bitumen and modifiers are initially blended by a vertical double-layer paddle agitator to prevent any polymer settling. The mixture is then force-circulated through an external high-shear colloid grinding mill, which rapidly breaks down the modifier particles to a microscopic fineness of 1-5μm.

    Thermal management is handled by a dual-heating matrix. Multi-stage electric heating element groups operate in conjunction with DN50 seamless steel thermal oil coils, ensuring rapid pre-heating and constant temperature holding (160°C–180°C) with zero dead-zones.
