It adopts a self-heating integrated structure that perfectly combines thermal oil boiler and bitumen decanting functions. Using a diesel burner as the heat source and dual heating methods (thermal oil coils and high-temperature flue gas), it achieves a processing capacity of 8-10 tons per hour.     Description

    Equipment Structure Principle

    The YDST series bitumen decanter adopts an automatic spring-door sealed box structure, mainly consisting of the following systems:

    1. ​Decanter Tank System: It is divided into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is for bitumen decanting, surrounded by thermal oil heating coils; the lower chamber is the asphalt melting tank, with thermal oil coils and a high-temperature flue at the bottom.

    2. ​Feeding System: Includes cantilever lifting mechanism, electric hoist, tipping device, and hydraulic propulsion system for fully automatic feeding.

    3. ​Heating System: This system uses a diesel burner (600,000-720,000 Kcal) as the heat source and is equipped with a thermal oil circulation system (including a thermal oil pump, oil-gas separator, expansion tank, etc.) and flue gas heating system.

    4. ​Bitumen Processing System: Includes an insulated asphalt pump, filtration device, pipeline system, and liquid level alarm system.

    5. ​Control System: Integrated electrical control cabinet for automatic temperature control and safety monitoring.

    ​Workflow:

    1. Electric hoist lifts opened bitumen drum to tipping device
    2. Tipping device rotates drum 180° into drum plate
    3. Hydraulic pusher propels drum into decanting chamber
    4. Dual heating (thermal oil coils + high-temperature flue gas) melts bitumen
    5. Liquid asphalt flows into the lower chamber for further heating to pumping temperature
    6. Asphalt pump transfers asphalt to storage tank while empty drum exits from outlet
