    The FDLT Series Automatic Bitumen Drum Decanter, developed by Dezhou Feiteng Road Construction Equipment Co., Ltd., is an advanced barrel bitumen melting system that utilizes thermal oil indirect heating to safely and efficiently melt solid or semi-solid bitumen packed in steel drums.

    Designed for modern highway construction, asphalt plant operations, and bulk bitumen storage needs, this equipment guarantees fast melting, full bitumen dumping, and automated drum handling, all in a fully enclosed, energy-efficient design.

    🛠️ Structure & Operating Principle

    • Dual-Chamber Structure:

      • Upper Chamber: Equipped with high-efficiency thermal oil coils, barrels are heated evenly via radiation, ensuring rapid softening and flow.

      • Lower Chamber: Bitumen drips and continues to melt to reach the pumping temperature (110–140°C). Once moisture-free, it’s pumped to storage tanks.

    • Hydraulic Feeding System: Forklift loads open drums onto a flipping frame. One-click remote control tilts and pushes them into the upper chamber. Empty drums are automatically ejected.

    • Bitumen Circulation & Filtration: The system includes internal circulation and automatic slag removal, filtering impurities from the molten bitumen for cleaner output.

    • Intelligent Control: Managed by a PLC system with temperature sensors (PT100) and liquid level sensors, ensuring consistent, safe operation.
