Thermal Oil Heating System
- A thermal oil circulation pump (10m³/h flow rate) drives high-temperature thermal oil (180-240°C) through internal coils to evenly heat the asphalt in the tank.
- Electric heating tubes (45kW, divided into three groups) support automatic start/stop and are interlocked with the thermal oil pump to prevent dry burning.
- Dual temperature control: Bitumen temperature sensors (PV) and thermal oil controllers (SV) ensure safety, automatically cutting off heating during overtemperature.

Mixing System
- A 7.5kW agitator motor (Rongcheng Hengli/Dandong Huanghai brands) paired with an XLD-6 reducer (35:1 speed ratio) ensures uniform mixing of high-viscosity asphalt.
- Grease nipple-bearing design supports regular lubrication; 89mm-thick corrosion-resistant shaft withstands high temperatures.
