A bitumen melting machine is specialized equipment designed to re-liquefy solid or drum-packed bitumen into a usable liquid form for road construction. It uses thermal oil heating or direct fire to gradually melt bitumen without burning or degrading it. Feiteng’s systems ensure safe, efficient, and continuous melting—ideal for high-volume infrastructure projects.
A bitumen drum decanter works by loading bitumen barrels into a heated chamber where thermal oil or electric heating melts the bitumen. The melted bitumen flows into a storage tank below. Feiteng’s drum decanters are fully automatic, energy-efficient, and designed to process up to 5 tons of bitumen per hour.
A bitumen emulsion plant is used to produce emulsified bitumen—a mix of bitumen, water, and emulsifier—used for surface treatments, tack coats, and cold mix applications. Feiteng’s GRL Series Emulsion Plants offer precision mixing, temperature control, and high stability in output quality.
A thermal oil boiler provides consistent, high-temperature heat without direct flame exposure. It’s widely used in Feiteng’s melting machines, storage tanks, and emulsion systems to maintain stable heating without overheating or degrading the bitumen. It’s safer and more energy-efficient than traditional heating methods.
An electric-heated tank uses electric coils or immersion heaters—ideal for small- to medium-scale operations or regions where electricity is more stable. An oil-heated tank uses hot oil circulation, offering faster and more uniform heating, ideal for large-scale or cold-weather projects. Feiteng offers both types depending on customer needs.
